Manuka Honey for the family

Elly has been coughing and grinding her teeth in her sleep for past one week. Got her and the family some Manuka Honey, which is good for overall health.

Manuka Honey is only available in New Zealand and comes with different 'weightage' such as MGO30, MGO100, MGO250 and MGO400.

We started with MGO30 last year and as Emmy is 3 years old, we can have higher 'weightage' ones so we chose MGO100. Recommended one teaspoon a day, drink on its own.
