Enjoying the weekend with a cup of coffee and Spiderman donuts at Crispy Creme. Elly and Emmy had a great time doing arts and crafts too.

Meal Time with Emmy

I am very happy today. Emmy could finished her dinner in 10 minutes. To many parents, maybe have not faced the challenges of kid who eat extremely slow. Emmy is a slow eater and each meal time is a challenge to me and Daddy as well as to Emmy herself. The good thing is that she really bite her food more than 32 times per spoon. Her meal time is easily 4o minutes and above.

When we dine outside, especially at packed coffee shop where other family will share the table, we had experience that after we all finished and the other family that joined later also finished their meals, Emmy was still munching her food. Perhaps it is her good munching and ease her digestion, she is skinny and Chinese called the 'spare ribs', so she has a nickname of 'Pai Kuat'.

Thank you, Emmy for finishing your food in record time today. I knew that she would tried her best because she told me on the way home today:

Emmy: Mom, i need a magic spoon.

Mom: Why?

Emmy: So that i can just take one spoon, and all the food are in my mouth already.

Mom: ???

Kidzania

The much awaited Kidzania will open soon at the Curve, Damansara on 28 Feb 2012. There is on-going promotion at the Curve, with free photo shots for kids. With the photo code, you can download the photo from its website, and entitle to free entrance for one adult and one kid (as claimed by the worker on duty). Anyway, when i entered its website, a slogan is also required. I guess it is like a contest and the free entrance are only for winning participants.

The price for adult is RM35, for kid is RM55. For school promotion, it is RM50 for each kid and for every 10 children, one teacher gets to enter for free. I would like to recommend to Elly and Emmy's kindergarten too.

Happy New Year 2012!

Happy New Year 2012! We had our new year countdown for the first time together, after a few futile attempts in the previous years. The girls were asleep by the time the clock ticked. Cheers to the new year with emm. not wine, not beer but healthy Vico, that my girls loved.

Wish you another great year in 2012, just as our little family aspire to have too. Its all about simple living and spend more time together with family, friends and self.
